28 Day Training Program -

For those of you who would like an exercise program without the gym fees and feel confident to complete the training session on your own.

The program is provided to you after a strategy session and then review of your program

Personal Training 24

Mobile personal training 24 sessions working with Jacqui.

This includes program, reviews of program and some online content that helps you to stay on track.

Revision of your food intake also.
